I am a realtor based in Westminster, Colorado.   I am an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker, one of Colorado's premier real estate brokerage companies.  I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors.

                 It was during those spring breaks in the late 80’s  that Lori realized what the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains has to offer.  Coming from the desert valley of Mesa, Arizona; the mountains just seemed to offer so much more.  She was overwhelmed by the majestic beauty of the mountain landscapes and the active lifestyle of the area.

The Beginning of a Colorado Lifestyle

In the summer of 1989, Colorado became home.  In 1991, she married her husband Joe, who is a Colorado native.  The two of them became Westminster residents in 1996.  In 2003, they became parents to their daughter Alexandra.  In her leisure time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family outdoors.  She also enjoys camping, mountain biking, and has recently taken up golf. 

After a 10 year career of climbing up the corporate ladder, a company sale forced her to change careers.  Lori wanted something that would allow flexible time for special occasions and family events.  She wanted to pursue a career in which she could allow herself the satisfaction of her hard work.  Lori looked back and remembered how much happiness was brought to both her and her husband Joe when they purchased their first home.   She wanted to bring this happiness to others.    In 2001, she earned her real estate license.

A  belief in continuing education in order to keep up with the marketplace and new technology helps Lori keep her clients informed and educated.  Use of tools such as the internet, e-mail, and her own website are just some of the many tools that help her stay connected and able to respond quickly to her clients’ needs.

For over a decade,  Lori Vialpando has worked in the customer service field.  She believes in personal one-on-one attention.  This has always been the key to Lori’s past success.  As a full-time real estate agent, clients are her number one priority, not the transaction.  She understands how important this investment can be and will give extra attention to even the smallest details to make sure the process gets completed smoothly.  She wants to be able to give her clients the peace of mind they deserve.
