Walnut Grove in Westminster, Colorado.  What a great place to live!

My husband Joe and I bought our first home in Walnut Grove in 1996.  As for most residents, once you live here, you want to stay.  The area has so many great things to offer.  It offers easy access for anyone commuting to Denver or Boulder.  The immediate area offers the Westview Recreation Center, Heritage Golf Course at Westmoor, Standley Lake, and lots of walking &/or biking paths.  Jefferson County Schools include Standley Lake HS, the NEW Wayne Carle Middle School, and Witt Elementary.  Flatiron Crossing Mall is a few moments away, as well as several grocery store chains and local retailers.

Walnut Grove street boundaries are Kipling Way to the West, Wadsworth to the East, 104^th Avenue on the South, and 108^th Avenue on the North side.  We have a wide array of homes in our community.  We have single family homes built as early as 1971 up until 1992, and then the newer development of homes from Golden Key just south of 108^th built from 2001 to 2003.  Also from Golden Key, is a small community of paired homes along 108^th Avenue built in 2003/2004.  Now our community is growing larger, with KB building a new development of paired homes along 104^th & Wadsworth.

Walnut Grove has remained one of my market focuses for quite some time.  I believe in giving back to the community, so if I can be of service, please don’t hesitate to call.  Over the years, I’ve met many of our neighbors and have been able to get to know a lot about our residents and what services they can offer.  I will always refer a Walnut Grove neighbor to another neighbor first, before referring outside of the community.
